Welcome to the Human Stories that reflect the dreams, aspirations, and achievements of the American University of Armenia Alumni. The undergraduate students of BA English and Communications program collected and created these stories during the EC264 Public Relations Campaigns course. We hope that you appreciate the genuine effort that the students have put into bringing inspiring narratives to you.
These stories reflect real human experiences. While completing their assignment, the students learned to use the techniques of interviewing and storytelling. We are thankful for the valuable support of Narine Petrosyan, Manager of Alumni and Career Development Office, AUA.
We wish you a pleasant reading. Enjoy learning about the AUA community, sharing and inspiring each other.
About the course
EC264 PR Campaigns is a skills-based course offered at the AUA’s Colleague of Humanities and Social Sciences. Students explore the strategic management of public relations through analyzing and developing campaigns and projects. They create strategic proposals and tailor their writing for various purposes and text-types, developing practical, analytical, and creative skills needed for careers in PR. Students have the opportunity to build a professional portfolio and take part in professional activities, such as job shadowing and site visits to observe and collect information from professionals on the job.
